Refund Policy

 

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item only if it is damaged.
Video proof of the damaged product and your Order ID are mandatory to initiate a return.

To request a return, please email us at returnslooma@gmail.com with:

  1. A clear video of the damaged product
  2. Your Order ID

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and proof, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
